Birdie toes

As I lay me down to sleep,
My feet in the air and dreaming deep.
Let not nature nor convention disturb my rest
Snoozing on my back is the best!

Okay, getting this picture was difficult and his head ended up getting cropped out, but it's hard to sneak a camera phone into place when a light sleeper snoozes!

As you can tell, I am not trapping him in this position. My fingers are loose and the toes of one foot are relaxed. A single foot anchors him to one of my fingers and gives him stability while he sleeps.
